Marissa Dorau is a board-certified physician assistant/associate (PA-C.) She received her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University. She received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant (CHA/PA) program at the University of Colorado in 2012. She moved to Gresham, Oregon where she worked in primary care pediatrics for over 10 years. She loves getting to have a personal relationship with so many families and caring for their kids as they grow. She likes preventive care and well child visits as well as helping manage chronic conditions. She is so happy to be a part of the pediatric team at Heartland Primary Care.
Marissa is originally from Overland Park, KS and is happy to be back in the area and close to family. She loves traveling, outdoor activities, cheering for KC sports teams, coaching gymnastics, baking and spending time with her family.
